Shipping Policy

Where we ship We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Apparel: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and includes the following options:

• Economy — typically 7–12 business days
• USPS Priority Mail — typically 1–3 business days
• USPS Priority Mail Express — typically 1–2 business days

HoleShot Shorty: Ships flat rate at $15.00 via USPS, based on its packaging size.

HoleShot Camera Stick: Ships flat rate at $22.00 via USPS. Due to its length, the Camera Stick ships in an oversized shipping tube, which sets the flat rate regardless of destination within the US.

Delivery estimates begin once an order has shipped and do not include processing time. Estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Incorrect addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. HoleShot Golf is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at Admin@holeshotgolf.com and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at Admin@holeshotgolf.com with your order number so we can help resolve it.

Order changes & cancellations If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us at Admin@holeshotgolf.com as soon as possible. We can only make changes before an order has shipped.
